About the Grog Shed

Where else can you taste 'Wombat Widdle'? - our white wine.

At the Grog Shed you can find some local produce and gifts, including home-made wines, liquers, jams, sauces, chutneys, and lots more. We also sell stained glass items.

One of our delious home-made liquors is our 'Wombat Whoppa' - a walnut rum liquor made from a 400 year old French recipe. We also have cherry wine , Limoncello and Blood plum wine which do not have any additives or preservatives. They will all keep for years once opened, except for the Wombat Widdle.

History

Our Orchards were established in 1991. We grow cherries, sugar plums and peaches. We have planted and grafted all our own orchards with the help of our daughters Cisca and Ari.

Jams, Sauces and Chutneys

As we grow a lot of vegetables and different kinds of fruits for ourselves we are able to make a lot of traditional recipes and some very unusual ones. Kerry sources recipes from all over the world. So you will find some old favourites and some boutique items.
